Mike Cagle



With over 40 years of experience, Mike Cagle provides a wealth of retail real estate expertise to Inroads Realty in his role as Managing Partner.  Mike oversees more than 1 million square feet of retail space throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, and a partial list of owners and developers he has worked with are the Carlyle Group, JR Black Properties, Trammell Crow Company, L+B Realty Advisors, Slate REIT, Lobello Partnerships, Weber & Company, Billingsley Company, and Stonewood Investments.

Mike is consistently recognized as one of the area’s top retail leasing brokers.  Some of the retail projects he has worked on include – Addison Town Center (303,000 SF); Steger Towne Crossing (291,000 SF); and Rockwall Market Center (204,051 SF).

In addition, he has been involved with design, development, and leasing of three ground-up projects – Pavillion West Shopping Center (85,000 SF); Pavillion Court (288,864 SF) anchored by SuperTarget, Ross, Ulta, PetSmart and Staples; and The Shops of Granbury (78,292 SF) anchored by PetSmart, Staples, Boot Barn, and Plant Fitness.

Tenants Mike has completed transactions with include SuperTarget, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Natural Grocers, Aldi, Winn Dixie, Big Lots, Bike Mart, Ross, PetSmart, Staples, Marshalls, Ulta, Boot Barn, EOS Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Planet Fitness, Texas Family Fitness, Fitness Connection, Burke’s Outlet, San Martin Café/Bakery, Foxtrot, Hotel ZaZa, Landrover, and Holt Caterpillar.
